  • Will I always have the same house cleaner?

    We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your service that allows you to never think twice about it. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit. Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every house cleaner is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques. We begin our relationship with you by visiting your home and creating a customized work order for your needs, so that you can always count on receiving the same great, personalized service to which you’re accustomed.

  • What if something is my home gets damaged during cleaning services?

    In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All house cleaner are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

  • Do you guarantee your work as a professional cleaning service?

    Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. Our goal is to give you the best cleaning service possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.

  • Do you offer gift certificates for house cleaning?

    Yes we do! A House Cleaning Services makes a great gift, whether it’s for Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, a birthday or anniversary, or even to help a friend through a difficult time. Whatever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you. Contact us for information.

  • Are you a pet-friendly cleaning service?

    Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets, and we like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information to be included on your work order.

  • Should I tip my house cleaner?

    Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations. However, if you do wish to leave a tip, please place it on the kitchen counter.

  • What if my cleaning service appointment falls on a holiday?

    If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you approximately one month in advance to reschedule. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

  • Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?

    Our house cleaner are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put into hiring our staff. Each house cleaner signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period of two years from the date that cleaner last worked for Ashleyhomeclean.LLC.
